Chasseur pans are sand-cast from solid iron and treated with two layers of non-reactive, chip and crack resistant enamel that prevents food from burning and deglazes with ease. They feature heavy cast iron lids with stay-cool phenolic handles that are oven safe to 200° and are ideal for a wide variety of applications.
