Please refer to the size chart below for your sizing. If your uniforms do not fit when you receive your order, you can send them back to us, free of postage charges, in exchange for the correct size. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). To initiate an exchange, please complete the returns and exchanges form.

Footwear Sizing Procedure
- Take a blank piece of paper and place flat on the floor.
- Stand on the piece of paper with your shoes and socks off.
- Place a mark on the paper at the heel and at the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure this distance and use the chart to the below to establish your size.
If your measurement is in between sizes go up a size rather than down.
Note that Birkis are designed to be worn loose rather than fitted like regular footwear.
Note: these measurements are footbed dimensions.
We recommend choosing a footbed size by adding 10mm to the length of your foot.

These shoes are only to be worn by Executive Chefs working in office environments and the pass/restaurant floor. They are not to be exposed to kitchen floor chemicals and are to be kept dry at all times. For chefs exposing their footwear to such conditions these shoes are not recommended, please order STICO or Profi Birki.
Upper Material
-Smooth Leather. Slightly shiny surface, with good resistance to abrasion.
Buckle
-Powder coated for protection against corrosion. Attached with 4 inward curving clamps.
Footbed
-Original BIRKENSTOCK footbed. The famous anatomically shaped cork latex core, between two jute layers.
Footbed Lining
-Suede leather lining 2.8 – 3 mm thick. This provides an optimum climate for your feet and unsurpassed wearing comfort.
Sole unit
-10mm EVA. A great shock absorbing and lightweight material, offering exceptional grip.

Natural Leather Upper / Classic Footbed – SuperGrip Sole Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. Birkenstock purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features such as naturally occurring colour irregularities.
SuperGrip shoes are the classic Birkenstock footbed with a professional grade durable non-slip sole.
The Boston SuperGrip – 060194 – Regular Fit
A great work clog for medical and hospitality professionals, Tokio has a slip-resistant sole and the classic Birkenstock contoured cork footbed for comfort and support during the day or night. The upper is a poly-coated leather that will resist stains and grime. Tokio has a back strap made of the highest grade thick leather. The strap’s adjustability ensures a perfect fit and secures the clog with the ability to be kicked off immediately if necessary.
