The Caviar Box unit allows you to form 96 uniform spheres with one expulsion of spherification base turning the process of spherification into a fast and efficient exercise. Parts of the unit can be disassembled for easy cleaning and drying after use. For cleaning inside the vacuum sealed section of unit we recommend filling the syringe with cleaning fluid and injecting it into the caviar unit.
