-Highly converted NOS (new old stock) High Carbon F.Dick slicing knife.

-May some slight signs of wear – stock was recently acquired after sitting on shelves for several decades.

-Blades are coated in a light layer of steel preserving oil, applied at the time of manufacturing to preserve very high carbon (non-stainless) blades.
