Beautifully photographed by local Juanita McCleary, the book features over 60 new recipes by bestselling author and Red Spice Road Executive Chef, John McLeay. Each of the recipes are paired with a wine match by in-house wine gurus Rhen Dodd and Gabe Tuppini. The book has been edited by Melbourne Food Press royalty, Rita Erlich, herself a bestselling author.
