The Great Chefs Cookbook commemorates 75 years of William Angliss Institute, the specialist training center for foods, tourism, hospitality and events. The book showcases recipes from 15 of Australia¹s most highly respected and award-winning chefs who have contributed to the Great Chefs Program.
The Great Chefs Program has industry-leading chefs coming into the Institute¹s Angliss Restaurant to give students first-hand experience of the latest techniques and cooking methods used by the best in the business.
Interwoven with stories about the history of the Institute, the book features two favorite recipes from chefs such as Guy Grossi, Scott Pickett, Joe Grbac, Annie Smithers, Andrew McConnell and Dan Wilson. Each chef has included their tips and techniques and each recipe has matching wines suggested by the Institute¹s wine education teachers.
